This bandana is made from a cotton print fabric with a solid color back. It can be worn on either side. It has an elastic neckband for easy on, easy off wear for your pup.
If the listing has the back color in the options, you will be able to choose which one you want. If not, the back colors will be pictured, but they are random depending on the cut and size.
